So I was eying a “virtual jam” at the site: https://www.jazzguitar.be/forum/improvisation/ and decided to give it a go! The rules were as follows post a recording of yourself improvising over a few choruses of a jam session tune (jazz). The song is announced on Thursday night and people post their recordings over the weekend. I jumped in at rounds 5 and 6.

With 20 years of experience in music and a BA from Berklee College of Music, further study at the CJC, extensive private instruction and more, I have the knowledge to help you achieve your goals step by step.

The styles of music that I am especially suited to help with are the following: Pop, Rock, Reggae, Funk, Metal, Blues, Jazz, Classical, Folk, Bluegrass. I also teach Jazz Bass.
